He initially began his professional cycling career in 2009. He finished in 12th place during the 2009 Oceania Continental Championships.
Trivia
He won his first professional cycling competition in 2012 during the 37th annual Gran Premio Sportivi di Poggiana - Trofeo Bonin Costruzioni in Italy. That was his first and only professional win during his career.
