Japanese actress who rose to fame during her youth for her roles in Yamada Tarō Monogatari, Oh! My Girl!!, and other television series. She made her film debut in the 2006 supernatural drama movie Boy Meets Ghost. In 2021, she starred in Honey Lemon Soda, which garnered her a Japanese Academy Award.
