About

Seasoned chef, holistic nutrition, and health coach best recognized as Chef Bai. She was classically trained at Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco and uses her culinary expertise to create rich flavors with clean, nourishing ingredients.  

Before Fame

Her own plant based journey started with her desire to heal her chronic pain from a 18 year battle with endometriosis. She furthered her studies with a certification in plant based nutrition from T. Colin Campbell, Center for Nutrition Studies and is a certified Health Coach from Institute for Integrative Nutrition.    

Trivia

She is the host of the podcast, The Plant Remedy. She released her first cookbook called "Cook. Heal. Go Vegan!" which became an #1 Amazon best-seller in 2021.    

Family Life

She and her husband Steve are both plant based chefs and have been married since 2020.
