Windsurfer known as one of the world's best wave sailors. He became the top Australian wave sailor at age 18. In 2016, he became the first windsurfer in the world to ride a 43ft wave at Praia do Norte, in Nazaré, Portugal.
Before Fame
At age six, he was a talented dirt bike rider. On a family vacation, he discovered surfing and then windsurfing.
Trivia
At 12, he was the Junior Wavesailing State Champion. At 15, he was on the cover of Sailboard Magazine. He launched windsurf board brand JP Australia.
Family Life
His mother, Wendy, said as a child "He was totally obsessed with bikes and winning."
