About
Sculptor and visual artist known for silkscreen, vinyl, LCD, LED, lenticular and flocking. His works have been exhibited in the Tate, British Museum, Victoria & Albert, National Portrait Gallery in London, and The Museum of Modern Art in New York. He has also been exhibited in the Berardo Collection Museum in Lisbon, The Israel Museum in Jerusalem and Takamatsu City Museum of Art in Japan.
Before Fame
In 1982, he graduated from Goldsmiths, University of London.
Trivia
His artistic influences include Pop Art, Egyptian sculpture, and Minimalism. His influences also include cartoons like Hergé's Tintin and children's toys. In 2001, he won the Music Week CADS, Best Illustration award for his album cover design for Blur's Best of Blur.
