In addition to video uploads, she is also known for frequently doing live ASMR shows for viewers who use ASMR to fall asleep. In the account's earlier stages, she uploaded more general wellness and lifestyle content, and her well-known "Gentle Reminder" videos included tips for self-care and self-improvement regarding topics from nutrition to overcoming heartbreak and more.

She graduated from University of Tennessee in 2016 with a degree in Spanish & International Business, minoring in Psychology & International Business. While in college, she also earned her personal trainer certification and briefly studied abroad in Spain. She was a Sales & Marketing Coordinator for Belo + Company until 2021 when she began her own boutique branding agency, which is focused on web design, social media assets, and storytelling.

She learned to play the piano as a child, and she took lessons for six years but still enjoys playing occasionally as an adult. She speaks three languages, including English, Romanian, and some Spanish. She is of Romanian heritage and travels to Romania every year to visit family and loved ones.
