Before Fame

After studying at Universidad de Occidente, she competed in the 1995 Valores Juveniles contest. She took second place in the singing contest and was there spotted by producer Raúl Velasco.

Trivia

In 2013, she won a Latin Grammy for Best Ranchero/Mariachi Album.

Family Life

She was born in Culiacan, Mexico to Ramon and Michele Bringas Tadeo. She was previously married to Javier Padilla.
