Professional soccer player best known for serving as left winger or attacking midfielder on the Bundesliga club SC Freiburg. He has also played for professional teams throughout his career including 1899 Hoffenheim and Borussia Mönchengladbach. On an international level, he has represented the Italian national team in both U-20 and U-21 events as well as within his senior career.
Before Fame
He launched his youth career in 1996, when he began playing with CfR Pforzheim, a German fifth-tear club. He remained with Pforzheim for over a decade until advancing to Germania Brotzingen in 2006. He finished his youth career at Karlsruher SC and made his senior career debut in 2012.
