Yusaku Maezawa

Japanese entrepreneur most known for launching the fashion retail website Zozotown in 2004. He is also the founder of Contemporary Art Foundation, an organization which supports young Japanese artists. His yusaku2020 Instagram page has amassed more than 1.2 million followers.

Before Fame

After graduating high school, he moved to the US instead of attending college. He later returned to Japan in 1995 with a CD and record collection with which he used to start his first business selling imported albums through the mail.

Trivia

Zozotown is Japan's largest online fashion retailer. He is estimated by Forbes to have a net worth of over $2 billion, as of 2021. In May of 2022, he visited an exhibit by Takashi Murakami, which he posted photos of on his Instagram page.

He is divorced with one child.
